1. Create a Unique and Useful Content
I would love to index websites that have unique and useful content for your visitors, not just copy and paste. Unique content means content that has the words are not the same or a different style to the other article, although the same goals and objectives. You can rewrite the article from another website to your language style and then publish it on your website.
 
2. Update Content Regularly
Create and publish regular articles on your website. If your website is about tips and tricks or other article (not news), update your website content at least once in 2 days. Make sure you do it consistently.
 
3. Submit on Social Media Websites
Once your article is published, do not be embarrassed or feel free to publish or share on social media such as facebook and twitter.

 4. Submit a website at www.google.com / addurl
Submit your website at www.google.com / addurl every publication you are finished making your website.
 
With a few tips above, the general google will be able to index a website after 1-2 weeks, but it can not be ascertained.
